Terms of Service

Last updated: May 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of quietuplink.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by the Pulse team ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site is an informational landing page and waitlist for an upcoming monitoring product called Pulse. The product itself is not yet generally available. The Site is for browsing, reading, and optionally leaving your email so we can contact you when the product launches.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a service-level commitment, contract, or warranty of future product availability.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Site or submitting the waitlist form, you confirm that:

3. What we promise — and what we don't

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that:

Joining the waitlist does not create a contract between you and us. It only signals that you would like to be contacted.

4. Acceptable use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

We may, at our discretion, block any IP or remove any waitlist entry that we believe violates these rules.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including copy, dashboard mockups, illustrations, names, and logos — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose this content commercially without written permission.

The Pulse wizard source code, when published, will be released under the Business Source License 1.1. Until then, the wizard code is not publicly available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the Site is to stop using it.

7. Third-party services

The Site uses two third-party providers — Formspree (form processing) and GoatCounter (analytics). Their use is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their services, availability, or policies — though we vet them on your behalf.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator resides. Any dispute will first be addressed informally, by email; if unresolved within 30 days, it may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction.
